Protect Your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
from Cyber Threats with Our Expert Audits & Assessments
This is almost never true.
When we perform an audit, we typically find up to 80% of cloud security settings are wrong.
You’d be shocked by how much sensitive data is buried in your emails.
We’ve seen plenty of cloud security breaches where hackers get lots of sensitive data just from accessing an email account, never mind SharePoint or Google Drive!
We’ve seen companies as small as five people suffer an attack.
Size doesn’t matter. Microsoft 365 and Google workspace are under constant attack, and it’s your responsibility to make sure you’ve set up the cloud security settings properly.
These are just a few real-world security incidents that we’ve seen.
A client got an email like this on a Friday:
“We have all of your files from SharePoint. You have three hours to pay us $500,000 in Bitcoin or else we’ll release it to the dark web.”
A hacker got into one of our client’s email accounts. They sent sent THOUSANDS of phishing email from our client’s real email address. To every client, partner, and more.
One of our clients who was breached had an Excel file buried in their email. In that file was very sensitive information about every single client of the firm, including social security numbers. Imagine the phone calls they had to make…
If you don’t set your email up the right way, it’s very easy for a hacker to pretend to send an email from you, and trick your clients into moving money, paying invoices, or giving away sensitive data.
Understanding the right Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) level for your business involves comprehending both the general purpose of each level and the specific differences that set them apart:
1
We start by reviewing dozens of security settings.
Once the cloud security audit is done, you’ll get a 50+ page report with clear instructions and screenshots.
The report will be prioritized to show you exactly what steps to take first.
2
When the report is complete, you’ll get a one hour consultation with Adelia Risk’s Chief Information Security Officer to review the report and get answers to questions.
If you have an I.T. firm, they can take our report and start to implement the fixes. If you don’t have an I.T. firm, we offer packages where we make the fixes for you.
3
Since Microsoft and Google are always making changes, and the cybersecurity landscape is always evolving, we perform re-audits of your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace after a year. You’ll get a new, updated report filled with recommendations to improve security.
Some clients need some additional cybersecurity help, either because they don’t work with an I.T. team or because their I.T. team doesn’t have a security background.
We’re happy to help you with any of the following if it makes sense for your situation.
For $149/month, we’ll perform annual audits, provide unlimited email support, and meet with you to discuss new cloud security risks.
Since larger companies tend to be more complex, we prefer to have an email conversation
We require a one-year contract for the first year, which allows us to cover our time consuming initial audit. After the first year, either party may cancel with 30 days written notice.
Our initial audit is typically finished within 2-4 weeks. The timing after that will depend on your availability of your I.T. team or your ability to work with us to implement the required changes.
Absolutely not. The accounts you’ll set up for us have no access to any emails or documents that you store in your cloud. All we’ll be able to see is the settings that we need to review.
First, we’ll sign an agreement. Once that’s signed, you’ll get an email with instructions on how to grant us access to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and we’ll add your cloud security audit to our schedule.
