Is there a sign-up fee?

There is no sign-up fee, but there is a fee for setting up the service initially.

How does the guided setup process work?

We will host live, one-on-one web conferences with you.  In these sessions, we’ll make sure everything is set up and configured properly.

How much does the guided setup cost?

  • HIPAA Basic – Email Only: $49, typically one one-on-one session
  • HIPAA Essentials: $199, typically two one-on-one sessions
  • HIPAA for Team: $399, typically 2-4 one-on-one sessions

What if I don’t want the guided setup?

You’ll be provided with comprehensive instructions and checklists.

I use more than one computer. Is there an extra cost?

Each extra computer costs $5 per computer per month.  There is no extra charge for extra computers on “Email Starter” plan.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. Cancel or change plans at any time with 30 days notice by emailing support@adeliarisk.com.  However, we do offer discounts for longer term commitments and advanced payment.

Discounts you say? How do I get these discounts?

We offer discounts for customers who pay for their service up front at the following rates:
  • 5% discount if you commit to 12 months and pay in advance
  • 10% discount if you commit to 24 months and pay in advance
  • 15% discount if you commit to 36 months and pay in advance

What types of payments do you accept?

For monthly plans, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We can also set up recurring ACH payments to directly debit your bank account. At this time, we are unable to accept a PO, invoice you, or take an order over the phone for monthly plans.

For longer term plans (12, 24, or 36 months), we are able to send you an invoice on net 30 terms.
