Let a Google Expert check your Workspace Settings.
We can review your setup and tell you exactly what to fix.
If your company uses Google Workspace, you’ve made a great choice. Google Workspace is highly secure, and can be used as part of a HIPAA-compliant company. However, we find that many companies haven’t configured their Google Workspace system correctly. Google offers hundreds of settings in Google Workspace, and it’s very easy to set it up the wrong way. In the Google Workspace HIPAA Security Review, we evaluate all of these settings to make sure that your business is safe, secure, and HIPAA-compliant.
Don’t have Google Workspace yet? Check out our HIPAA Compliant Google Workspace service – we make it easy, fast, and secure to get setup with Google Workspace.

The Google Workspace Security Audit covers:
Gmail
Make sure your email is configured properly. Send HIPAA-compliant emails. Defend against phishing attacks.
Google Drive
Make sure your files containing ePHI aren't leaking. Have protection even if a computer is lost or stolen.
Chat and Video
You can use chat and video for PHI, but you have to be very careful about how you set them up to avoid a breach.
Social
Make sure social services like Google+ and Youtube aren't causing accidental HIPAA breaches.
Apps Marketplace
Third party apps can breach your ePHI. Make sure they can't access your PHI when they're not supposed to.
Passwords and Two Factor
We'll review your settings to minimize your risk of a password breach or hackers accessing your account.
Mobile
Make sure your iPhone, iPad, or Android devices are set up the right way to access epHI.
Alerts
Set up the system to notify you when something bad or weird happens in Google Workspace.
Top 3 Google Workspace Mistakes
Messing up the HIPAA BAA. Did you sign the Google BAA? Good, but you’re not done! The BAA is the FIRST step to being HIPAA-compliant. A lot of practices don’t read the BAA, which legally obligates you to make quite a few other changes.
Using third party apps. What apps are you using? What about your staff? We see practices of all sizes letting this slide. Don’t let third party apps access your PHI!
Two factor authentication. It is surprisingly and shockingly easy to get usernames and passwords, but two factor authentication makes it harder for hackers to access your data.
