FAQs about the Secure Cloud Service

What are contract terms?

We require a one-year contract, but either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. We ask our clients to work with us for at least a year (since we provide a lot of value in the first few months), but don't hold people hostage with long contracts.

How can I pay?

Our initial Secure Cloud audit is typically finished within 2-4 weeks. The timing after that will depend on your availability to work with us to implement the required changes.

How do we get started?

First, we'll sign an agreement. Once that's signed, we'll schedule our kick-off meeting and get going!
